 who is renee?

I’m a certified health coach with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. Even though I formally studied nutrition, I didn’t truly become passionate about health and wellness until I stumbled upon a book that completely transformed my perspective toward food. I slowly changed my eating habits as I continued to read, study, and research the truth about food and what it meant to “live well”.

In no time at all I went from not having a clue how to make boxed mac n’ cheese to cooking a plant based meal every night. The positive effects of transforming my eating habits were undeniable - I’ve always been petite, but all of a sudden I felt GOOD. I had more energy and mental clarity, I no longer felt weighed down or bloated, my sugar cravings disappeared, and I found relief from acne, body odor, bad breath, and morning mucus. It was a ripple effect from there as I became fascinated with improving my stress levels, time devoted to self care, sleep quality, water intake, and exercise. I turned into a complete health nut but have never felt better.

My goal is to help as many people as possible experience this type of lifestyle transformation. However, the journey and end result are going to look MUCH different than mine or anyone elses. I truly believe that “healthy” has a different meaning for everyone and what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another. That’s exactly why my programs are tailored to each individual and their unique challenges, personality, and lifestyle.
